• Answering your inquiry, preparing quotes, and delivering contracted services.
• We don’t sell or share your data with third parties. We don’t send spam.

Legal basis

We process personal data under Costa Rica’s Law No. 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data, on the basis of your consent and the execution of the business relationship.

Retention

For as long as the conversation or business relationship is active. Technical evidence from engagements is stored encrypted and deleted at closure, as agreed in each contract.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing toeduardo@torvexsecurity.com. We respond within 10 business days.

Security

We are a security firm. We practice it at home first: encryption in transit, restricted access, minimal retention.
